1. High-Performance 3-Side Seal Sachet System:Specifically engineered for powders, it utilizes servo-driven short auger dosing and PID precise temperature control. This ensures strong seals and an aesthetically pleasing appearance for various sachet sizes (e.g., 60 * 80mm to 80 * 100mm) holding 3-13g of product, achieving high-speed and stable packaging.
2. Automatic Weight Checking and Rejection Device:
   Integrated with high-precision weighing modules, it performs 100% online inspection for all four lanes with an accuracy of ±0.3 grams. It automatically rejects non-conforming products and performs preliminary grouping, effectively ensuring product quality and batch consistency.
3. Efficient Edge-Trimming and Waste Collection Device:
   Equipped with dedicated cutting knives and a waste film winding mechanism. It automatically trims sachet edges (leaving a 1-2 mm margin), resulting in smooth, neat seals and an improved appearance, while automatically collecting waste film to maintain a clean workspace.
4. Integrated Dust Collection Unit:
   Features an industrial dust collector with dual filtration (main cloth bag + HEPA filter), achieving over 99.99% efficiency for 0.3-0.5µm dust. This effectively controls powder dust, ensuring a clean production environment and protecting operator health.
5. Ergonomic Semi-Automatic Cartoning Station:
   The system’s end is equipped with 4 stainless steel semi-finished carton holders (positioning containers) that accurately receive grouped products. This facilitates quick and easy manual loading, significantly improving the efficiency and convenience of the manual cartoning process.
