This project (GPG050 in Estonia)involves a linear bag packaging line for dried frozen berries and berry powder. The core system is a 4-station packing machine integrated with auger and multi-head weigher dosing for precise filling of powder (24–250g) and whole berries (15–125g) into stand-up bags (with or without zipper).
Key design features include a low-profile layout for easy cleaning and changeover in small-batch production. It offers flexible date/batch code printing. Supporting equipment includes conveying, elevating, and check weighing systems.
