In project CSF1467, we successfully delivered a Rotary Type 5-Head Spout Bag Filling and Capping Machine to a client in the Czech Republic, custom-engineered for the fully automated packaging of body lotion into corner spout bags. The system is perfectly suited for 2-layer model spout bags and achieves a complete automated cycle of feeding, filling, capping, cleaning, and outfeeding. Featuring tool-free bag size changeovers for identical spout diameters, intuitive PLC fill control, and a customized Czech language interface, this production line significantly simplifies operations, reduces labor costs, and empowers the client with a highly efficient and intelligent manufacturing experience.
