Working Processes
In addition to the common packaging machine workflow: bag picking up, bag opening, filling and sealing, this machine can do the following processes:
1) Zipper opening
2) Vacuuming normally
3) Brick shaped vacuuming
4) Nitrogen flushing
5) Hanging hole punching

The price of the 4-station is 1.1 times that of the single-station, but its speed is 1.5 to 2 times that of the single-station.

Note:
- Production speed may vary depending on product characteristics, pouch conditions, operator skills and ambient filling conditions
- For side gusset pouch without pre-welded gusset, in order to ensure the re-gusseting process, from the top edge to the level of fill shall >=110-140 mm, which depend on the characteristic of the packaging material
- The size of pouch shall meet the following requirements if apply for zipper pouch:
1) The width >=130 mm
2) The Length >=160 mm
3) The distance from the top edge to the zipper >=30 mm
